Since 2009, Timea and guest presenters have spoken, hosted, and facilitated trauma recovery and human trafficking workshops across Canada, reaching hundreds to thousands of people. After more than 20 years of travelling to deliver workshops, Timea’s Cause is setting roots in Muskoka, Ontario. It will offer annual human trafficking and trauma recovery workshops, plus a wellness symposium/retreat for first responders and social service providers.

The events target front-line workers, service providers, and law enforcement to develop both personal and professional skills, with a focus on self-care, wellness, and networking with peers.
