Volunteer Event planner

The project:

To coordinate, assist and oversee TC Online Institute's Grand opening Online event. (September 23rd, 2021)

​

Expectations:

· The volunteer will be reliable with mature insight, able to meet deadlines through careful time management and well organized with attention to detail.

​

Time Commitment:

The Project will start July 1st with onboarding, orientation and 

A regular commitment of 4 hours weekly to help with the workload is appreciated until September 31st.

The successful applicant must be available on September 22nd and September 23rd during business hours.

​

Skills:

• Strong Organization skills

• Strong coordination skills

• Excellent written and communication skills

• Basic to advanced knowledge of Zoom, Excell, Google Drive, Gmail, 

​

Location:

· Working from home and able to communicate with CEO and COOvia email/phone, also available to meet when needed using an online meeting platform or in person.
